Desktop: Why Doesn't Client Status Show the State Refund Amount on the Acks Tab?

In TaxSlayer Pro, Client Status is used to check the return status and bank product status for an e-filed return.

The State tab shows the information the state has returned in its acknowledgement. Not all states return all data. If the refund is not displaying on the State Acks tab it is because the state does not return the refund information with the acknowledgment.
