(ConnectWise is an alternate method, but only click it if directed to do so.)
A remote support connection is available three different ways within TaxSlayer Pro:
- In any menu within TaxSlayer Pro, press the F11 key on your keyboard. This will open your web browser to the support website. (If you are using a laptop and the web browser does not open, press and hold the Function or Fn key on the bottom row of the keyboard, then press F11.)
- From the main menu of TaxSlayer Pro, select
- Log in to ScreenConnect
- In any menu within TaxSlayer Pro, select Help from the menu bar at the top of the screen, then Help Center. Under "TaxSlayer Pro Support" select Remote Desktop Support.
