If you have been directed by a TaxSlayer Pro Support team member to connect for remote support, click the ConnectWise icon.
Remote support is also available three different ways within TaxSlayer Pro:
- From the main menu of TaxSlayer Pro, select
- Log in to ScreenConnect
- In any menu within TaxSlayer Pro, select Help from the menu bar at the top of the screen, then Help Center. Under "TaxSlayer Pro Support" select Remote Desktop Support.
- In any menu within TaxSlayer Pro, press the F11 key on your keyboard. This will open your web browser and go to the ConnectWise website. (If you are using a laptop and the web browser does not open, press and hold the Fn key on the keyboard, generally found on the bottom row, then press F11.)
