A remote support connection is available three different ways within TaxSlayer Pro:
- In any menu within TaxSlayer Pro, press the F11 key on your keyboard. This will open your web browser to the support website. (If the web browser does not open and you are using a laptop, press and hold the Function or Fn key on the bottom row of the keyboard, then press F11.)
- From the Quick Menu in TaxSlayer Pro, select
- Log in to Remote Support Connection
- In any menu within TaxSlayer Pro, select Help from the menu bar at the top of the screen, then Help Center. Under "TaxSlayer Pro Support" select Remote Desktop Support.
