After completing your bank enrollment application in Account Hub, if the application is not locked, changes can be made. The application is automatically locked upon submitting it to the bank and remains locked until the bank responds, either approving or denying it. Once a bank response is received, the application is automatically unlocked and available for editing.
When a change is made on an existing bank enrollment application, it is important to note that the application must be saved and re-submitted to the bank for their approval. A new approval generally takes less than 24 hours.
