If a taxpayer is requesting that their information be removed from the TaxesToGo app, the taxpayer needs to log into their TaxesToGo app and navigate to Settings. In red letters they will see the Delete Account option. Once selected, the app will send an MFA code to the taxpayer to confirm deletion. Once completed the taxpayer will receive a message confirming it has been deleted.
Note: Once the account is deleted, it no longer exists and cannot be accessed again.
