The Refund Advantage Disbursement Listing Report displays the breakdown of all items that were deducted from each taxpayer’s deposited refund, to reconcile the amount of each final refund disbursement. This report is populated by Refund Advantage and can be viewed from within an ERO's Refund Advantage customer portal at Refund Advantage's website.
To access the Disbursement Listing Report, the ERO needs to log in to their Refund Advantage customer portal. From the main homepage, select Reports > Refund Disbursement Listing Report.
The Refund Disbursement Listing Report contains numerous columns of information, so it is recommended that the report be exported to excel for filtering and/or sorting purposes.
