If you're new to TaxSlayer ProWeb, we provide a tool in your Account Hub that can be used to convert return data from your previous software, making it available to be pulled into this year's return.
This tool cannot convert data from returns prepared in tax software accessed in your web browser, since it cannot access the data. The tax returns must have been prepared on locally installed software on the same PC as you are logging in to Account Hub.
The conversion tool is generally available in November of each year, coinciding with the new tax year's program. Additionally, once the new conversion tool is made available, the previous year's tool is removed and no longer be available.
