In TaxSlayer ProWeb, the State Acknowledgements report lists all new state acknowledgements since the report was last viewed. Once the report is viewed, the acks move to the Old State Acknowledgements report.
To access either of the state acknowledgements reports in TaxSlayer ProWeb, from the Welcome screen select:
- Reports
- State Transmission Reports

State Acknowledgements or
Old State Acknowledgements
The State Acknowledgement report lists the following information:
EFIN, last 4 digits of the taxpayer's SSN, the taxpayer's last name, the return status (accepted or rejected), the state abbreviation, the reject code and description for rejected returns and the ERO identifier.
The Old State Acknowledgement report displays the same information based on EFIN selection and date range.
Either report can be printed or exported to PDF, Excel, or CSV formats.
