In TaxSlayer ProWeb, the State Non-accepted Returns report lists all electronically filed state returns that do not have an acceptance acknowledgement from the state. This report includes rejected returns and validation error returns.
The State Non-Accepted Returns report lists the last 4 digits of the taxpayer's SSN, the taxpayer's last name, the office EFIN, the preparer's name, return tags if applicable, the type of return, the transmission date, the return status, and the date the acknowledgement from the IRS was received. The report also displays reject code information.
To access the State Non-accepted Returns report, from the ProWeb Welcome screen select:

- State Transmission Reports
- State Non-accepted Returns
The report can be printed or exported in PDF, Excel, or CSV formats.
