If a client is using your branded TaxesToGo app, when they touch the Submit button to submit their return information to you it arrives in your TaxesToGo queue nearly immediately.
If a client has informed you they submitted their information to you but you don't see it in the queue, close and reopen the program to see if that resolves the problem. If you still do not see the client in your TaxesToGo Queue, click here for more troubleshooting steps.
