Santa Barbara TPG reject code 1801:
Primary SSN Field not found in tax return database.
Reject code 1801 indicates Santa Barbara is having a problem processing the taxpayer's return and/or bank application. Generally, Santa Barbara fixes the problem and sends us either an approved or denied acknowledgement.
