After completing and submitting a bank enrollment application, it generally takes 24-48 to receive a response from the bank. You can check the status of your enrollment application by logging in to your TaxSlayer Pro Account Hub.
The Banking Information tile will display the bank application status for each bank that you have submitted an application for. Click on the + next to the bank name to view the details.
Accepted - You have been approved to offer bank products with the bank. The Advance Status must say Advances Available and Pre-Ack Available in order to offer those products to customers.
Rejected/Declined - TaxSlayer Pro can offer only limited information on why an enrollment application is rejected or declined by the bank. If we are unable to assist, you will need to contact the bank.
Queued for Transmission - The bank application will be transmitted to the bank when a response comes back from any other bank that you have applied for. If it has been over 48 hours, please contact the TaxSlayer Pro sales team at 888.420.1040.
