Why Don't I see a Refund Advantage Enrollment Application in Account Hub?

Meta Bank will allow enrollment with either Refund Advantage or EPS Financial, but not both.

If an enrollment application has been started for EPS Financial, the Refund Advantage enrollment application will not be displayed in the Bank Product Information section of Account Hub. The Refund Advantage application will not be accessible unless:

  • The EPS Financial application is rejected or denied
  • The EPS Financial application is accepted and the ERO contacts the bank to release the application (1.888.782.0850)
