What is Pay-Per-Return?
A tax preparer who only prepares and file a limited number of tax returns in a year can use TaxSlayer ProWeb on a Pay-Per-Return basis. When you purchase Pay-Per-Return, you are given a ProWeb office and an initial allowance of 15 returns. Once you have used all 15, you will need to purchase more in order to continue creating and filing returns.
How are my returns counted with Pay-Per-Return?
Each return you create in your ProWeb office counts towards the total number of returns you have purchased. This includes returns in Progress, Deactivated, and E-Filed. Once you have created 15 returns, even if you have not e-filed 15 returns or have deactivated one or more, you will need to purchase more to continue creating and e-filing returns.
Do I have 15 returns for each tax year in the program?
No. As a Pay-Per-Return user, you have 15 total returns. If you need to create and file returns in a prior year, those will also count towards your total number of returns.
How do I purchase more returns?

Will I have access to Premium Features that other ProWeb users have access to?
Yes! Pay-Per-Return only restricts the number of returns you can create. You will still have access to the other features of the program, including Taxes to Go, Customer Portal, and integrated return emailing.
Can I do Pay-Per-Return with TaxSlayer Pro's Desktop software?
No. Pay-Per-Return is only available with TaxSlayer ProWeb.
