Desktop: Why aren't tax returns printing to PDF?

If tax returns are not printing to PDF, check your program's printer preferences. From the Quick Menu of TaxSlayer Pro select:

  • Configuration
  • Printer / Copies Setup
  • Printer Setup
  • Edit Printer Preferences - Set menu lines 5 and 6 to Yes:

Menu line 4 can also be set to Yes to generate thumbnails of each page in the side menu in Acrobat Reader, but it's not essential to ensuring PDFs are being produced.
