First, we recommend trying to send the documents to be signed again. It's possible there was an issue sending the first time.
Next, ask the taxpayer to log out of the TaxesToGo app. They should also check to make sure there is not a pending update for the app. Once they have done those two things, they should log in and see if the documents are there to be signed.
