If you are unable to see the taxpayer's signatures in a tax return from TaxesToGo:
- If you are using TaxSlayer Pro Desktop, if you are in the Receipt Menu reenter the return, then Exit back to the Receipt Menu. Otherwise, try closing and reopening the program.
- If you are using TaxSlayer ProWeb, refresh the page.
If the signatures are still not on the return in your program after you've refreshed, contact the taxpayer and ask them to sign and submit the documents in the app again.
