If you are unable to see the taxpayer's signatures in a tax return from TaxesToGo:
- If you are using TaxSlayer Pro Desktop, if you are in the Receipt Menu reenter the return, then Exit back to the Receipt Menu. Otherwise, try closing and reopening the program.
- If you are using TaxSlayer ProWeb, refresh the page.
If the signatures are still not on the return in your program after you've refreshed, contact the taxpayer and give them this info:
- Ask them to use their TaxesToGo username and password to sign in at the TaxSlayer Pro Customer Portal website here:
www.taxofficemanagement.com/customerportal - Once signed in, ask them to create a new signature and apply it to the documents you have sent.
