If you are trying to import a TaxesToGo return from Import App User (ProWeb) or Pull From Pro App (Desktop) and it is saying there is no data matching, it is possible you have the incorrect e-mail address and/or tax code for that app return. You will need to verify the correct e-mail address and tax code with your taxpayer.
The taxpayer will be able to see which e-mail address and tax code they have by looking in the Settings tab inside their TaxesToGo app. It is wise to also double-check the e-mail address for typos in both the program and the app.
