TaxesToGo: I’m trying to pull in a TaxesToGo return and the program keeps asking me for a Social Security number

If the program is asking for a Social Security Number when you are pulling a TaxesToGo return from Import App User (ProWeb) or Pull From Pro App (Desktop), this means the taxpayer did not complete the My Tax Return section in the app and did not yet click Submit.

Contact your taxpayer and ask them to fill out the entire My Tax Return section and click Submit at the end.
