If you receive a new EFIN, follow these steps to ensure the correct information is updated in Account Hub and in your TaxSlayer ProWeb program.
1. Contact your sales manager. You will be asked to provide a copy of the IRS EFIN Application Summary and a photo ID. If you haven't got a hard copy of your IRS EFIN Application Summary in hand, you can print a copy at your IRS e-Services account.
2. Update your Account Hub. After your sales manager has updated your account, your new EFIN will show in the Company Information section in Account Hub. Log in to your TaxSlayer Pro Account Hub and enter your new IRS tracking number.
3. Update the EFIN in ProWeb. See here for instructions on how to update ProWeb.
