ProWeb: Reactivating A Deactivated Return

In TaxSlayer ProWeb, a tax return that has been deactivated can be reactivated. To reactivate a return:

• From the Welcome page, click Start a New Return.
• Enter the Social Security Number for the deactivated return.
• You will be prompted to either Remove and Create New or Reactivate the existing return. Click Reactivate.

Note: A tax return with an ITIN instead of an SSN cannot be reactivated. When a return with an ITIN is deactivated, it is removed permanently.
