TaxSlayer Pro includes a backup utility program tool designed to back up all supported versions of the program that are installed on your computer. Occasionally when running this utility, an error message may display stating "copy complete but validation of target files has failed, size does not match what is expected".
To correct this error, restart the backup utility process and let it run until complete. If the problem persists, please contact Pro Support at 706.868.0985.
