Occasionally when generating a PDF or attempting to email a return using Paper Cut, a message may display on the screen stating that the same key has already been used. To correct this error, close all open applications and windows and re-start your computer. Re-open TaxSlayer Pro and Paper Cut and try to perform the task again.
