In TaxSlayer ProWeb, if a return includes Form 8962 and you are completing the shared policy allocation in Part IV, you cannot enter the annual totals of the three columns on Form 1095-A. You must enter each month's amount as shown on Form 1095-A. If you enter the annual totals, the return will receive the following reject when it is electronically filed:

If Form 8962, Line 11A 'AnnualPremiumAmt' or Line 11B 'AnnualPremiumSLCSPAmt' or Line 11C 'AnnualContributionAmt' or Line 11D 'AnnualMaxPremiumAssistanceAmt' or Line 11E 'AnnualPremiumTaxCreditAllwAmt' or Line 11F 'AnnualAdvancedPTCAmt ' has a non-zero value, then the following must not have values: 'SharedPolicyAllocationGrp' and Line 35 'AltCalcForMarriagePrimaryGrp' and Line 36 'AltCalcForMarriageSpouseGrp'.
To correct this reject in the individual income tax return in TaxSlayer ProWeb, from the left side menu of the tax return select:
- Health Insurance - Select Continue in the window with the health care question, then Continue again in the window verifying household members.
- Do all Forms 1095-A include coverage for January through December, with no changes in monthly amounts? - Select No. Then enter each month's amounts as shown on Form(s) 1095-A.
