In TaxSlayer ProWeb, if the New York individual income tax return is marked for electronic filing and has a balance due, the payment voucher Form IT-201-V will print with the return if the taxpayer hasn't indicated any bank information for direct debit. If the taxpayer is paying by direct debit, the payment voucher doesn't print with the return.
If you wish to print a payment voucher and the return hasn't yet been transmitted, temporarily change the transmission payment method on the New York return to something other than direct debit, either "E-File: Mail Payment" or "Paper Return", after which the voucher can be printed along with the rest of the return. Once printed, return to the e-file process and revert the New York return back to electronic filing with direct debit payment information.
If you wish to print a payment voucher and the return has been transmitted, you can fill in and print a copy at the New York DTF website here.
