ProWeb: Why is the taxpayer's e-mail not printing in the return?

In TaxSlayer ProWeb, the taxpayer's e-mail address prints on the Client Form Listing Summary as well as in the signature block on Form 1040. They don't print, however, until you have at least saved the first step of the e-file process "Return Details".
