When a taxpayer makes a payment with their Idaho extension request or makes a payment to Idaho after filing a federal extension, those payments need to be included on their Idaho tax return.
To enter the payments made with the Idaho extension on the Idaho individual income tax return in TaxSlayer ProWeb, from the Federal Section select:
- Payments & Estimates
- State Estimated Payments
- Estimated State Tax Paid AFTER (12/31/20XX) - Enter the amount paid and select Idaho.
