When a taxpayer makes an automatic extension payment to the state of Hawaii, the payment amount needs to be included on their Hawaii tax return.
To enter the payment made with the Hawaii extension on the Hawaii individual income tax return in TaxSlayer ProWeb, from the Hawaii Return menu select:
- Payments
- Amount paid with Extensions
