When a taxpayer makes a payment with their California extension request, the payment amount should be included on the California tax return.
To enter the payment made with the California extension request in the California individual income tax return in TaxSlayer Pro, from the California Tax Return Menu select:
- Total Payments
- Estimated Tax & Extension Payments
- Amount Paid with Extension
