Oklahoma allows an exemption of military retirement pay to the extent the income is included in the taxpayer's federal AGI.
To remove the military retirement income from the Oklahoma individual tax return in TaxSlayer Pro, from the Oklahoma Tax Return Menu select:
- Subtractions from Federal AGI
- OK Military Retirement Exclusion - Enter the military retirement as a positive number.
