Ohio allows a deduction of military retirement pension income to the extent the income is included in the taxpayer's federal AGI.
To remove the military retirement income from the Ohio individual tax return in TaxSlayer ProWeb, from the Ohio Return menu select:
- Subtractions from Income
- Enter Uniformed Services Retirement Income - Enter the military retirement as a positive number.
