If you are unable to see the "Send Customer Portal Invite" in a tax return, it is likely that the email address is already associated with a TaxesToGo account. In this case, a TaxesToGo invitation may have been sent instead of the Customer Portal invitation.
To confirm this, you can run a TaxesToGo Report using Web Reports.
Note: Customer Portal and TaxesToGo features are only supported in current year tax returns.
How to Access Web Reports
There are several ways to access Web Reports:
1. Direct Link
- Go directly to Web Reports and log in using your Account Hub username and password
ProTip: Bookmark this link in your web browser for easy access.
2. Account Hub
- In Account Hub, select the 9-square app switcher menu by your username and select Web Reports.
3. In the TaxSlayer Pro desktop program
- From the Quick Menu select:
- Reports
- Web Reports - Log in using your Account Hub username and password.
Running the TaxesToGo Report
Once you've logged in to Web Reports:
- Scroll to Miscellaneous Reports.
- Select TaxesToGo Report.
- Two categories will need to be selected:
- Filter Selection - The current tax year is the default for the report, but you can change to a prior year if needed.
- EFIN Selection - Select which EFIN(s) to run report.
- Click Run Report.
