The Ohio Universal Payment Coupon (OUPC) requires a barcode that includes the amount of payment.
When completing the coupon in TaxSlayer Pro, if no amount of payment or estimated payment is entered, the program will not generate the coupon. Thus, there is not a way to generate a coupon with all fields but the amount pre-filled.
The coupon can also be filled in and printed at the Ohio DOT website, but it too requires that an amount be entered before the coupon can be printed.
