Kansas allows military retirement income to be subtracted from the Kansas individual income tax return.
To subtract military retirement income from the Kansas individual tax return in TaxSlayer ProWeb, from the Kansas Tax Return menu select:
- Subtractions from Income
- Enter Qualified Exempt Retirement Benefits received in 20xx - Enter the qualified military retirement income as a positive number.
