Arizona does not tax military retirement or retainer pay.
To subtract military retirement/retainer pay income in the Arizona resident individual tax return in TaxSlayer Pro, from the Arizona Tax Return Menu select:
- Subtractions from Federal AGI
- Pensions-Uniformed Services Retired/Retainer Pay
- Qualifying Pensions-Uniformed Services Retired/Retainer Pay - Enter the amount.
