ProWeb: Where do I make a Payment for Ohio Automatic Extension of Time to File?

To receive an automatic extension to October 15, file Form 4868 with the IRS and attach a copy to the Ohio return. Use Form IT 40P, Income Tax Payment Voucher, to make any payments by the original return due date. 

To access the Ohio Extension Payment, from the main menu of the Ohio state return, select:
