In TaxSlayer Pro, you can export the data in the individual or business client lists to a CSV file suitable for importing into your spreadsheet program.
To export a client list in TaxSlayer Pro:
- When viewing the client list click the Export button.
- You'll be presented with a list of fields to include in the report. You can click the Check All button to include all of them, or select just the ones you wish to include. When finished, click Ok.
- A Windows File Explorer window will open. Verify the directory is where you want to save the report to and change it if desired. The default filename is ClientReports - change it if desired. When you're ready to save the report, click Save.
After having done the above steps, open a Windows File Explorer window, navigate to the directory where you saved the csv file, and double-click it to open it.
