When attempting to mark a Louisiana S-corporation tax return for electronic filing, you may receive one or both of these messages in a window headed "Reasons why Louisiana return can NOT be filed electronically for [name]":

To remove either or both of these blocks, from the main menu of the Louisiana return select;
- Heading Information
- Additional Heading Information
- Own more than 50% of voting stock, directly or indirectly
- Select Yes
Enter Corporation information including the FEIN and percentage for each Federal K-1. Return to the Additional Information Menu and select;
- Did anyone own 50% or more of YOUR voting stock
Enter FEIN and percentage.
