Computation of business apportionment factor Include all receipts, net income (not less than zero), net gains (not less than zero), and other items you reported on your federal Form 1120S, Schedule K (including nonseparately computed income and loss, and separately stated items of income and loss), even if there are amounts that would have qualified as investment income or other exempt income for an Article 9-A New York C corporation filer under §208. All such receipts, net income, net gains, and other items are included in the apportionment fraction under the rules in §210-A and the applicable regulations.
