ProWeb: Why don't I see the option to transmit a Return?

In TaxSlayer ProWeb, on the Submission page in a tax return if you are not able to see the Transmit Return option there are two reasons this can happen:

• The return has not been marked complete. The return cannot be transmitted until it has been marked complete.
• You do not have permission to transmit based on the role assigned to you.
