How Does the Taxpayer Register for Customer Portal?

My taxpayer can’t create a password for the Customer Portal. It keeps saying it does not meet the requirements.

The taxpayer signed in the Customer Portal but I don't see the signatures

I sent tax documents to the Customer Portal to be signed, but the taxpayer doesn't see them

When my taxpayer clicks the 'Create Portal Click Here' link it takes them to a login page

My client can’t register for the Customer Portal. It keeps saying the information does not match
