In TaxSlayer Pro, if the invoice is not printing a detailed list of the forms and amounts charged, make sure that the Configuration option is set to print the Detailed Client Invoice.
From the Quick Menu of TaxSlayer Pro select:
- Configuration
- Printer / Copies Setup
- Edit the Client Invoice
- Print Detailed or Summary Client Invoice - Make sure this option is set to Detailed.
Note that changing the invoice from summary to detailed printing takes effect in new returns. For a return that's already been started, if the program is still printing a summary invoice rather than a detailed invoice, it has probably been marked complete and the fees will need to be unlocked in the return for the configuration change to take affect. To change from a summary to a detailed invoice, open the return, then Exit the return to arrive at the Receipt Menu. In the Receipt Menu select:
- View / Edit Invoice
- Generate a Detailed/Summary Invoice - Select Detailed.
- Lock Fees on Invoice - Change to No.
