Desktop: Can the Ohio RITA Return be Electronically Filed?

At present, TaxSlayer ProWeb does not support electronically filing the Regional Income Tax Agency (RITA) return for the state of Ohio. It does not piggyback on the Ohio individual income tax return when it is electronically filed.

To access RITA Form 37 in TaxSlayer Pro, from the Ohio Tax Return Menu select:

  • Ohio City Main Menu
  • Ohio Regional Income Tax Return (Form 37)
