Desktop: Setting the Print Date on Federal and State Individual Returns

TaxSlayer Pro gives you the ability to set the paid preparer print date on the federal return as well as many state tax returns and state e-file signature authorization forms.

To set the state's paid preparer print date in the individual tax return in TaxSlayer Pro, from the Main Menu of the return select:

• Personal Information
• Other Categories
• Print Date - Enter the date to be printed on state forms.

Support for this feature in each state is indicated in the table below. If a form isn't listed, it either doesn't have a paid preparer date field or doesn't have the ability to set the paid preparer print date. (A grayed out box in the E-File Auth column indicates the state does not have an e-file signature authorization form.)
