To indicate either taxpayer or spouse is a member of the military in the nonresident Maryland return in TaxSlayer Pro, from the Maryland (NR) Tax Return Menu select:

• Personal Information
• Other Categories
• Type of Return being Filed - Select Military, then enter the amount of non-Maryland military income in the field provided.
