Laptops often have multiple uses for the F-keys at the top row of the keyboard, assigning to them numerous functions for volume (increase, decrease, or mute), forward or rewind, toggling Wi-Fi on or off, etc.
In TaxSlayer Pro, if you are at a menu that offers you the ability to press the F10 key to make entries into a supporting statement menu, but pressing F10 doesn't bring up that menu, press and hold the Fn (or Function) key on the bottom row of the keyboard, then press F10.
If you're on a Mac using TaxSlayer Pro in Parallels, press and hold Command ⌘ and Fn, then press F10.
