If the bank that you want to select is not displayed in the Bank Setup menu in Configuration, verify three things:
- Have you been approved to offer bank products with the bank?
This can be verified by logging in to Account Hub and checking the approval status on the Bank Information tile. In TaxSlayer Pro, the only banks available to be selected are banks that you have been approved for. - Are you connected to the internet?
The program contacts the TaxSlayer Pro servers when you enter the Bank Setup menu. If this web call isn't successful, the banks will not be displayed. - Have you entered the correct Transmitter's EFIN?
Double check by selecting:
- Configuration
- Electronic Filing / Bank Setup
- Transmitter's EFIN
