If Form F-1120, Florida Corporate Income/Franchise Tax Return is marked for electronic filing, the watermark "Copy Do Not File" will print vertically down the center of each page of the return. This watermark is required by the state and helps prevent the return from being both e-filed and mailed.
To remove the watermark, remove the return from electronic filing.
