If you are unable to login to your Account Hub at TaxSlayer Pro, there are two things to check:
Are you at the correct website?
If the program is not recognizing your username, you may be at the wrong website. At the top of the login page you will see "Log in to Account Hub".
You can access Account Hub by clicking the blue LOGIN button at taxslayerpro.com. Or, you can go directly to the website here.
Is your Username and/or Password correct?
The most common reason that someone cannot access their Account Hub is entering the wrong username or password. Select Forgot Username to ensure the username is correct, or Forgot Password to reset the password.
